The Forge XL is a 100% brand-new, complete bolt-on turbocharger engineered for the ultimate balance of street drivability and top-end performance. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade for MQB vehicles, it retains OEM-style fitment while utilizing all-new castings, precision-machined to suit our high-flow compressor and turbine wheels.

At the heart of the Forge XL is a TD06SL2 turbine wheel measuring 61mm/54mm paired with a billet compressor wheel measuring 53mm/71mm, featuring a 76mm extended tip for improved flow and efficiency. Every unit is built from scratch, assembled, and high-speed VSR balanced in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to ensure exceptional reliability.

Performance potential is impressive:

• 450–480 WHP achievable on pump gas with proper tuning
• 500–540 WHP possible on ethanol blends (E85) or race fuel with upgraded fueling and supporting mods

The Forge XL was developed to deliver rapid spool and strong midrange punch while maintaining airflow all the way to redline, giving you a broad and flat torque curve that feels as good on the street as it does on the track.
